Delete your account
You can delete your Brain Only account at any time, from the app or by email. Playing without an account never stores anything on our servers.
Two ways to do it
In the app (instant)
- Open Brain Only and tap the account icon at the top right of the home screen.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account is deleted right away.
By email (without the app)
Send an email to support@brainonly.app from the address you signed in with, with the subject Delete my account. If you signed in with Google, use that Google account’s email.
We confirm the request with that address and delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner.
What gets deleted
- Your account: email address, name and profile picture.
- The progress saved to it: stats, streak, chosen topics and your answers to puzzles.
- Your Premium status record.
What stays
- Progress on your phone. The app keeps its own copy on the device until you uninstall it.
- Messages you sent us through the contact form are kept, no longer linked to your account, so we can follow up. Ask us in the same email and we’ll delete them too.
- Purchase records kept by Google Play and our subscription provider, RevenueCat, as required for payments and tax.
Have a subscription?
Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a Premium subscription. Cancel it first in Google Play: Play Store → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Brain Only.
